Loneliness Can Be Tough on The Heart

Loneliness is bad for the heart and a strong predictor of premature death, according to a new Danish study. Feeling lonely was also a stronger predictor of poor outcomes than living alone, in both men and women.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women around the globe, according to the World Health Organization.
