Exercise Can Reduce Caregivers’ Stress

New research finds that exercise can maintain and even improve long-term health among caregivers.

University of British Columbia investigators discovered exercising at least three times a week for six months reduced stress in a group of family caregivers. Moreover, the exercise appeared to lengthen a small section of their chromosomes that is believed to slow cellular aging.
